Yes, there is a lot of information, and it can be overwhelming, but with over 1000 costumes over the two shows, and a few hundred performers, we do all we can to ensure that our events are as organised as they can be!

Our Concert Survival Guides are created just for the purpose of their titles… to survive concert time! The Luminary and Sedecim guides have an entire overview of the concert series from rehearsals, costumes, getting ready for the shows, what happens during and after the shows etc.

The documents we upload to the app and the download links page are the additional important details that come to hand.

Please note that all participating families need to read the backstage form, fill one out for each dancer in the show to provide emergency contact details during the shows. If your child has a medical action plan this is the form to put it with.

Backstage passes are your dance ID. Bring them to all rehearsals and concerts, they allow you to drop off and pick up your child/ren with ease. Be assured the safety of our dancers is a top priority.

Lastly… don’t panic!! There are plenty of experienced dance mums around to ask questions of. Ask at rehearsals in person or on the app or the FB page.

We have put together this handy checklist to assure you, you are ready for the first rehearsal: Sunday 13th November at John Wollaston, Centre Rd. Camillo.
